2.13 is a beta test release and is purposely set up so the regular downloader will not recognize it until we go to final release. We do not want people unwittingly loading beta test releases with the K3 Utility loader. It will always show just the latest regular, non-beta, release of K3 firmware.
The K3 software web page has the instructions for loading the beta release.
