wsjt x86_64 package (Redhat) Linux

[Adrian Fewster (Adobe SendNow Invitations)]

Unzip and run ./wsjt.sh to run.

rpm proving difficult due to a numpy-f2py issue with rpmbuild. on 86_64 platform.

tar package ready to go on extract to late x86_64 fedora or similar redhat.

Some delay to render then becomes a usable gui.
