Adjusting C22 to calibrate the K2's Frequency Display.(updated)

  In this piece, found under "construction notes" on
the E site, it is emphatic about running CAL PLL on
*ALL* bands...but it's only possible to do it on 40M,
so...this ought to be changed, eh?

I haven't been around the Elecraft history long enough to know, but I recall that earlier versions required CAL PLL on all bands while new versions only require it to be run on 40m.  If the AppNote still is useful information but out of date it should as well be updated to reflect the current hardware/firmware procedures, or at least have a note that says for units newer than "xxx" do "abc" instead.

That's a REALLY OLD piece then... they haven't had you run CAL PLL on all
bands for probably 4-5 years now.
