Automated Transmitter Gain Calibration

When I do the automated transmitter gain calibration I receive the following messages. What am I doing wrong? Larry, WA9MAG
Unexpected response "DS@NQR@008;" to "DS;". State 41 5 Watt calibration failed. Unexpected response "DS@NQR@008;" to "DS;". Hi Larry,

Yes, that was my problem. Once TECH MD is enabled it works great.

This is a bug, which I'll fix in the next version of the K3 Utility. Until then, please turn Tech Mode ON and also set your KAT3 into BYP mode for Tx Calibration. The mistake is mine. To work around this, please set the K3
CONFIG: TECH MODE to ON to complete Tx Gain calibration. I’ll fix this in the next version of the K3 Utility. Dick, K6KR From:
