If it's the right channel, that's normally only active when the Sub-RX
is on (unless CONFIG:LIN Out = PHOnES).

Try reseating the audio I/O daughter board which is plugged in to the
KIO3 board.  I had to do this exactly once, when K3 #24 was about a
year old.

Line out = norm

Hit the sub and audio now on the other channel as well
so the problem is in the sound card and which channel it
is using for  RTTY etc.
