Elecraft Utilities for MAC compatibility with OSX Mountain Lion

Dose anyone one have any insight as to whether there is an issue with the Mountain Lion MAC OSX upgrade with any of the Elecraft utilities?

Am asking before I do the upgrade on my iMAC, since there was an issue with Carbonite backups last time. I can live without Carbonite, but NOT Elecraft utilities.

Been using ML for a while here and have had no problems with any Elecraft software.  (or anything else, except for CocoaModem for that matter.)
