Yes. Also, any one of the ATU antenna jacks can be designated as a third receive antenna input (for either receiver).

Yes, RX ANT1 and RX ANT2. The latter is also labeled XVTR IN, and can be used with transverters.

I'm not always the best at reading between the lines.  With and without the
internal antenna tuner, how many ports are available for Transmit?

I believe the answer is One for K4(D) without ATU.  You get two others with ATU.
