How do I print a spectrogram file?

Alan Price-3

Guess the subject line says it all.  I am trying to print a spectrogram file and have not found the magic words so far.  Anyone out there know them? 73AlanW1HYV

I would suggest a Windows Screen Capture and then print the results of
the capture.

Some programs can interfere with your ability to get a screen capture.
DM780 is a fine example.  If you have problems then shut down everything
else except your spectrum program.

I would recommend trying MWSnap,
http://www.mirekw.com/winfreeware/mwsnap.html

It is a screen capture program that triggered with a hot-key combo that you
can change.  It has a number of different capture mode.  

I use it all the time at home and at work for documenting how to use
programs since it can be activated while a menu is down and you can capture
the menu(s).  Best of all it's no free.

After you have scanned
Under Function, click on Save
Screen Image current image Give it a name

I use Spectrogram 16

FastStone Capture might be an interesting possibility for you as well.  
It's not free ($20 for a lifetime license) but it will also record
whatever happens on your screen to a video file if you want ... it
doesn't only take snapshots.

I have no association with them other than I used a freeware predecessor
for years with good results.

The "Snipping Tool" that is built into Win7 works well for me.
