Huzzah! for Elecraft Support

Edward A. Dauer
I know this gets monotonous after 1,000 others of similar tenor; but it’s worth saying again.  Cody at Support (a new contact for me) replied to my inquiry about update mods in a single day.  A brief e-mail exchange later and all of the parts I need for all of the mods since my purchase date are on their way.  The schematic arrived yesterday.  I cannot recall any consumer-product company in any field that ever did as well.  Thanks, Cody; and thanks, Elecraft management for creating this extraordinary corporate culture.

Ted, KN1CBR

Re:  "I know this gets monotonous...thanks, Elecraft management for creating this extraordinary corporate culture".

Nope!  It just can't be stated often enough because it is so true.  I am still kicking myself for not buying and building a K1 back when it was introduced.  It wasn't until the KX3 came along that I made the leap (retirement gift to me) and discovered that you get a lot of "unadvertised" features with Elecraft gear, including the wonderful support you mentioned.

Thank you, Eric and Wayne...as well as everyone at Elecraft.

Elecraft will help you as long as you own their product regardless of
whether you bought new from them or second hand. It is very uncommon these
days.
