K2 cntrl brd res reading

That is just fine.  I know a range was specified, but you are only 6%
out of that range and normally a 10% variation is acceptable.

In the case of those particular signals, they are connected only to the
P3 connector at this time, so your ohmmeter is reading only the
resistance displayed by U6 itself, and the actual reading is dependent
on which particular ohmmeter is being used.
