Does anyone have a copy of K3 firmware V. 5.38 that I could have?  Thanks

Jim,

You can download the 5.38 file from
ftp://ftp.elecraft.com/K3/firmware/archive/.
Don't forget to download the corresponding FP and DSP files as well.  
Hint, look at the release notes to identify the related versions of FP
and DSP firmware.
