[K3]K3 switched off after power failure

oe9fwv
When my K3 looses power, it will not switch on itself after power is back.

Is there a way to achieve this?
The question is because I am thinking of an unattended use with an
unreliable power source.

Werner,

The K3 has a Remote Power ON input on the ACC connector.  See the manual
page 44 for how it is to be used.
You might want to add a battery at the output of the power supply
because of the unreliable power source which will allow an orderly
shutdown of the K3 when the mains power is interrupted.

hi Don,

thank you for the hint to the ACC connector. Well, that's easy. I only have to ground the "power on pin".

And @ Ed: yes the 12V sense mod is installed. (it is not a 12V sense problem, but a real power shutoff)
