I know that the KAT3 remembers matches by band, but does it distinguish
between the ANT1 and ANT2 positions? Just curious. cln WB5BKL ______________________________________________________________ Elecraft mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/elecraft Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:[hidden email] This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html |

<> I know that the KAT3 remembers matches by band, but does it distinguish

Quite slick ;>) 73 Craig AC0DS ______________________________________________________________ Elecraft mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/elecraft Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:[hidden email] This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html |

Essentially if you have an antenna that is resonant on 20 but you have
to tune it to make it work on 40 then you can have the ATU bypassed on 20 but enabled on 40. When you're on 40 it will automatically recall the settings on a per band/antenna basis but it will also remember that on 20 you wan the ATU out of line. Even cooler is that you can still have it remember tune settings on 20 so that when you kick it back in line poof its still got the recalled settings there. Just like it should. :) ~Brett On Sun, Mar 7, 2010 at 2:51 PM, David Cutter <[hidden email]> wrote: > Craig > > Could you enlarge on that, sounds interesting ? > > David > G3UNA > > >><> I know that the KAT3 remembers matches by band, but does it distinguish >> <> between the ANT1 and ANT2 positions? >> >> Indeed it does!
