K3 Memory Editor on 64 bit Dell

Does anyone know if K3 Memory Editor can run on a 64-bit PC? I have not been success running my download. XP OS.

I developed it on Windows 7 64-bit.  It runs fine on my 64-bit system.

You'll need to install .Net Framework 2.0 if it's not already installed.

Thanks Dick - I have it all working now. I had not unzipped the program correctly.
