Information on using any CAT/CI-V interfaced transceiver with the
microKEYER II and a CI-V controlled amplifier (particularly the Icom
PW-1 due to its buggy CI-V implementation) can be found on the Support

The information there is particularly geared to PW-1 but the connection
and set-up information is applicable to any transceiver that works with
microKEYER II (also DigiKeyer II, Station Master or MK2R+) and any amp
