filters in K3 Utility.

For reasons you've discovered, it's a good idea to occasionally SAVE your configuration using the K3 Utility.  You can then RESTORE it if necessary, including all filter settings, etc.

Would it have helped if I had any additional entries in the K3 Utility Help
index?  I have "filter configuration" indexed.  If you used the Help Index
and didn't find what you were looking for, what index entries could I have
added to make your search quicker?
