K3 Update utility failure--Help!!

Using a Mac Mini I have been able to do firmware updates many times however I was greeted with the following error message today: "An exception of class NilObjectException was not handled. The application must shut down" This appeared after downloading the latest mac version downloader utility from the Elecraft site and dropping it into my application folder & double-clicking. Hi John,
There is a bug in the version on the Elecraft site that is causing this problem on some systems. John - If you have not already done so, you might try getting a fresh download. It is not unknown for there to be an otherwise undetected hiccup (an error, to use a non-technical term) in the received file. Sometimes trying again will fix this sort of thing.
