Help! I have downloaded the most recent version of the K3 utility as well as
the most recent drivers for the KUSB Cable using the FTDI Chipset.(Computer is Win7/64 and I have confirmed the drivers are correct for the computer and the cable). It works well most of the time. Every once in a while if I am running the utility, the radio connection will stop and the K3 utility program will start producing multiple dialogue boxes. The only way to stop is to use Task Manager to stop the program. Any ideas? Also, KUSB connection will terminate every now and then with message saying USB not recognized. Sure would be nice to get a stable system. Thanks (again) in advance. -- Frank KD8FIP ______________________________________________________________ Elecraft mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/elecraft Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:[hidden email] This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html |
Have you tried a different cable from the KUSB to the K3? Are your
connections tight? I run the same device, same OS and no issues.
