K3 and ATT

Nick Lekic
Are the attenuator and preamp settings memorized between ant1/ant2
and/or rx antenna ports?
For example , ATT is on and preamp is off on ant1 port but ATT is off
and preamp is on when rx antenna port is selected.

On my current radio (non Elecraft), whenever switching between rx and tx
antenna (while listening), each time one has to manually turn on / off
the attenuator and preamp.

The K3 block diagram indicates ATT attenuation is 10db.  Is it possible
to increase/decrease attenuation level while operating?

Settings - not at the moment but Wayne is very responsive to suggestions.

ATT seems to be fixed.

Yes.

We've avoided this problem.

Just to clarify, the PRE/ATTN settings are stored separately for RX ANT
on/off. They're not stored differently for ANT 1/2, however.
