If you will go to the mods & kits section for the K3 on Elecraft's
website, the description of the upgraded DSP REV C board describes exactly what changes it has. Someone actually posted it here on the reflector earlier for all to read. It is pretty clear to me, but YES, the low frequency response mod has been added which means that it does have a "low frequency bandpass filter" for the audio chain on the DSP board. At least that is what I interpreted it to say. I hope I haven't mis-spoken.
