Yes, it'll go down to 100 mW even with the 100-W option installed. We
could go even lower than this if there were a demand for it.
If you have the RF I/O option (the KXV3), which has the transverter
interface, you can adjust power output from about -15 to +3 dBm (about
2 milliwatts!). Just connect your antenna to the transverter jack :)
