I'm sure this has been asked a hundred times, but what is the easiest
logging program to use with Lp-Pan? Thanks in advance. You might want to join the LP-Pan Yahoo Group and pose that question. I'm using Logger32 but there's no such thing as "easiest" to use. They all have a learning curve. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/LP-PAN/ Steve Ellington [hidden email] ----- Original Message ----- From: "Phil LaMarche" <[hidden email]> To: <[hidden email]> Sent: Monday, April 20, 2009 12:36 PM Subject: [Elecraft] K3 > I'm sure this has been asked a hundred times, but what is the easiest > logging program to use with Lp-Pan? > > Thanks in advance. > > Phil > > > Philip LaMarche > LaMarche Enterprises, Inc. > <http://www.instantgourmetspices.com/> www.instantgourmetspices.com > > www.w9dvm.com <http://www.w9dvm.com/> > 800-395-7795 pin 02 > 727-944-3226 > FAX 727-937-8834 > NASFT 30210 > > K3 #1605 > > CCA 98 00827 > W9DVM > > > > ______________________________________________________________ > Elecraft mailing list > Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/elecraft > Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm > Post: mailto:[hidden email] > > This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net > Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html ______________________________________________________________ Elecraft mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/elecraft Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:[hidden email] This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html |

It's a matter if taste, Phil. Almost any logger should play well with LP-Bridge. I have about 10 here that I have tested at some level, but use N1MM for my operating.

>I have about 10 here that I have tested at some level, but use N1MM for my operating. Just a cautionary note - N1MM generally works fine with LP-PAN but if you use macros with embedded CAT commands you should test for reliable operation. I use macros to control K3 audio mixing (!bexx; commands) during contests and they don't run reliably if the CAT interface runs through LP-PAN. 73, Barry N1EU |
