KDVR3 installed now no RF power

Roger Dallimore
I installed the KDVR3 to #191 last night and it appears to work fine
(enabled in Config) but I now have very little RF output when connected
to a dummy load. The 100w PA doesn't appear to kick in when the power is
increased above 12 watts and there is no power output showing on the
meter at all.  The ATU relays click when activated but no SWR value
appears.

I'm using the latest firmware and have double checked that all the pins
lined up when I reassembled the front panel.   At the same time as
fitting the KDVR3 I incorporated the speaker amp mod, front panel mic
mod (ground pin 7) and the keying rise time mod.  After each of these
were done I checked resistance as per instructions and all appears fine
there and I feel confident that I didn't damage anything else while do
these mods (famous last words!).

Any advice would be gratefully appreciated about where to check next,
later this evening I'll remove the KDVR3 and see what happens.

TIA & 73

You're sure that CONFIG:KPA3 is "PA nor"?  Perhaps you changed CONFIG:KPA3
when you enabled the KDVR3?
