KPA100 Anderson Plug Wobble

Neal Campbell and Sarah Ferrell
The Anderson Power plug on my KPA100 has some play in it and when it
moves slightly, power drops. Has anyone seen this before and what can I
do to make it stable?

Neal

Make sure the contacts are seated all the way into the connectors.  They
should have "clicked" when inserted.

Do you have the contacts fully inserted in the housing? When pushed in the
should "click" in place and cannot be removed by tugging on the wire. Try
pulling the wires out of the shell, if the wire and contact comes out it
wasn't in all the way.

If they aren't fully seated, you can get all sorts of intermittent
connections!
