I may already know the answer to this but would it be foolishness to set the amp on top of the power supply?

Ronnie,
Not a problem at all. Many want to locate the power supply on the floor to save space and keep the fan noise a bit further away. If you choose that, put the power supply vertically on its front panel. 73, Don W3FPR On 3/18/2019 12:24 PM, Ronnie Hull wrote: > I may already know the answer to this but would it be foolishness to set the amp on top of the power supply? ______________________________________________________________ Elecraft mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/elecraft Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:[hidden email] This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html |

Sorry, but Dick preempted me. His answer is correct. Provide spacers
if you want to mount them together. 73, Don W3FPR Ronnie, Not a problem at all. Many want to locate the power supply on the floor to save space and keep the fan noise a bit further away.
