Was wondering if the KPA500 will be available as a kit (like the K2), or with
prebuilt boards like the K3.

Hi Steve,

The KPA500 will be available fully assembled or as a no-soldering kit.

The amp's PC boards use a large number of surface-mount parts, so we  
must completely build and test these to ensure safety and 100%  
functionality. But kit builders will have plenty to do, don't worry :)
