KPOD Beep?

Jim AB3CV
Is there anyway to kill the beep that the KPOD creates when a button is
pressed?

Couldn't find anything in the manual.

Hold  F1 during power up.  It will revert to beeping at the next power up so you need to do this each time it is power cycled.

How loud are these beeps?  I can barely hear mine and only if I put my ear
directly above the KPod front panel.  I suspect I have a defective sound
device and am not that hard of hearing.

Re: KPOD Beep?

The beeps are not very loud, and fairly high pitched.  I don’t bother shutting them off because I never operate on a speaker and don’t notice them. But if your high frequency hearing is pretty good you might notice the beeps in a quiet room.

Re: KPOD Beep?

Jim AB3CV
My room is quiet and I do hear them. The F1 trick at power on does the job.

Thanks!

Jim
