KRX3 arrived today!!

My KRX3 arrived today (Yippee in time for RTTY contest).   Thanks to
the Aptos gang for a nice kit to upgrade S/N682.  Ordered last august 1st.

I presume you meant to say Aug 1st 2007. That looks like  about 5  months
from the date they started shipping KRX3s.  I ordered one for my K3  in April of
this year (right after the dx convention) My best calculation says I  should
expect it next March, but other e-mail refers to K3s with KRX3 ordered in  the
May 2008 Time frame to ship late Fall (Dec?).
 
So my question to anyone who cares to comment: Should I expect to see my  
KRX3 (no special filters on order with it) to be shipped by end of  November?

Based on limited contact with Elecraft folks (they're neighbors), the
KRX3 seems to take a while to put through test and alignment, but the
same guy who worked on making K3s come out the door faster has been
working on doing the same for the KRX3. I don't expect to see my first
one (ordered in Dec with my first K3) for another couple of months.

I ordered a K3 at Dayton on 17th May and received a Katiegram on 9th Sept.
The KRX3 was shown on BO and I asked them to hold shipment until the subRX
could be shipped at the same time as the K3.  I was told that would delay
shipment by approximately  2 months  - i.e from mid Sep to mid Nov.
