KX3 email

VE3WDM

I have noticed on the Elecraft site that for support they have a K3 specific email and then a support email. Would be an idea to add a KX3 email specific email....just a thought. I will mention that to the support team when I call about an issue on Monday.

Use KX3 in the subject line.  That is required to sort your issue for the
KX3.  If you acquire different Elecraft equipment use that equipment ID in
the subject.  It is as easy as that.  You can also filter your email based
on subject.  There are no individual lists.  The KX3 Yahoo is not an
Elecraft reflector.  Out of courtesy some of the engineers monitor it.

Mike,

I do not know for certain, but I suspect Eric has set up an email
account for [hidden email].  Give it a try.  If it bounces, you
will know within minutes, and then you can just resend to
[hidden email].

All the support email goes to similar persons, so it is just a courtesy
to give the person answering the email advance information about the
transceiver you are inquiring about.

Well, rereading, i found some "finger-fumble"  Use
[hidden email] instead of what I originally entered.
