KX3 serial number doesn't match

Hi all,

New KX3 owner here. I have noticed that the paper serial number does not match the SN in the radio menu (off by 1). In all my reading I thought this could be fixed with the KX3 utility but I can't find where. My searches through the reflector have come up empty. Some help?

Wayne,

Contact K3support.  If you are the original owner (or know who was),
they can look up the records and see if you need a new sticker or the
serial number in the menu should be changed.

Me thinks you have the wrong label on the radio. The one on FW should be the correct one. UNCHANGEABLE.
