KXPA-100 Build

[Edward A. Dauer]

Just ordered the KXPA-100 kit with the KXAT-100, SS30DV power supply, cables, etc, for use with existing KX3/PX3 (and indoor Buddipole).  Any suggestions about the build or the setup that wouldn't be obvious either in the manual or otherwise?

Take your time, and read the manual thoroughly before assembly.

I typically download the manual and read it cover to cover before the item arrives.

Check for any errata sheets -- I discovered some "missing parts" in my kit, only to find out there was an errata sheet explaining that those parts were no longer needed for the latest kits.
