Keying External Amps

What are people doing out there to key more than one external amp? I want to key a 2 meter block without keying a 160-10 external amp and visa-versa.  Thank you.

Make a relay in the PTT line.  You should be able to control it with the
DigOut in the same way it is used for the  PR6 preamp.

I use a little plastic box with a 4 way switch to switch the ptt line
between linear, 2 transverters and a spare position.  Cheap and simple!

You could use the KRC2 to do band selection but Dave WW2R came up with a solution

I built the latter http://www.flickr.com/photos/ad6xy/8438028739/in/photostream/ and it works well. The only problem with this second solution is it is not HF band specific. That is not an issue for me but it may be for you. In that case, either build the first circuit or pester Dave to develop an HF version!
