No CW decode on K3 or P3

No CW decode on K3 or P3

Im in the CQ WW and some are just sending at bullet speed have noticed K3 and P3 are not decoding anything. On the K3 just the VFO freq is displayed it does not even attempt to show code. I have the test dec set to 30-90 (have tried other settings) and threshold has tried all as well. Is there a setting in the K3 were I shut down the decode?? Firmware is 4.51 on K3 and on P3 1.17

Make sure you have TEXT DEC enabled. Narrow the bandwidth, set THR to
2 or so, 30-90 WPM.

My notes here say it was working fine on 4.51 / 1.17.

Also try and use "spot" to center it under "cwt" or it won't decode very well. I just tried it and it works with some of the cw machine guns operating in contest. Got to have a decent signal though.

Thanks for the group for all your help not sure what was going on but I downloaded the Beta version and all is working great now. May had been playing in the K3 menus one day and did something...but all is well now.
