No audio from new install of KRX3

We are not getting any audio from the sub receiver after newly installing the KRX3. It aligned per the instructions, downloaded all new firmware ok. It set ANT=BNC. I installed the 2.7 filter in FL3, the .400 in FL4 and the .200 in FL5, mirroring the way I have the main set up. It ran the calibration procedures per the manual. However, it will not set config:VFO IND to yes, saying it is not available.
 
Any ideas where to look would be appreciated. I guess it is likely one pin is not seated properly, but the ones I can see seem to be. There are a few that are not easily visible. All cables seem correctly located.

This is normal.  The K3 firmware doesn't yet support any setting other than "no" for VFO IND.  That is not the source of your problem.

It goes without saying  to make sure you have the SUB turned on, SUB AF/RF Gain turned up and you're using stereo headphones.

This is usually observed when you have the internal speaker running but
have CONFIG:SPKRS=2.  Use stereo headphones, or set CONFIG:SPKRS=1, to
hear the sub receive audio.
