No output on my K3 - audio

Greetings,

My K3 just returned from the Elecraft after being serviced.  I have not been
able to get it to send audio.  I believe the rig is transmitting as I tune
the antenna and the transmitter keys up during the tune cycle from the auto
antenna tuner.

 

When I key the mic - there is no response on the meter - either when I have
it set SWR or ALC.  I checked the configuration to be sure the front panel
mic was selected, I tried the mic configuration instructions under TEST as
outlined in the K3 manual to set the mic gain and compression - no response
to this.

 

I have the handheld Elecraft mic - MH2 and have checked the mic setting to
FPl and bias is on.

 

Any other things to check?

Greetings to everyone that helped with suggestions on my issue.

 

The problem has been found the - mic has gone bad.  The rig transmitted in
digital modes, and CW with a keyer.  

 

I took my rig over to a buddy that has a K3 and we hooked it up in his shack
and narrowed it down to the handheld mic.  Rig transmitted fine when we
hooked up another mic.
