OT - LoTW Verifications

Jim Bennett
Has anyone worked AND gotten LoTW confirmations from QSOs with W1AW/0 (Nebraska) or W1AW/3 (Delaware)?

I worked W1AW/7 (Utah) and W1AW/4 (NC) - both confirmed in a couple days on LoTW. But nothing heard online from the NE and DE stations' QSO's with me on 80 CW. Just curious....... (and nervous!)

My Lotw QSLs took over a week with w1aw/4 and 5 days for w1aw/7. So I don't
think they're in any rush. Still waiting for my /3 and /0 QSLs.

Hi Jim

You can check a station's last upload using the "Find Call" option on the site. Last uploads for W1AW/0 and /3 were before 2014.

OK - guess I was just being antsy. The /4 and /7 ops uploaded pretty quickly. I'll go back into my hole now! :-)

Tnx for the replies!

Patience OM.  Be happy you're not waiting on a paper QSL via the bureau.:-)

Re: OT - LoTW Verifications

Bill Frantz
Is there a way to flush in bureau's incoming buffer? I finally
got an envelope about a year after I sent it with half a dozen
or so QSLs.

I got confirmation via LotW of W1AW/7 too. I managed to work him
QRP SSB on 160M.

Don't be nervous they will be posted. I had the privilege of running W1AW/0 Nebraska CW as a guest op this past week great fun. I hope to get more op time next go around.

Re: OT - LoTW Verifications

Robert Wright
I have multiple QSO's each with W1AW/0 and /3 and have received no QSL's yet.  But I just got QSL's from the /7 and /4 stations from the previous week.  And last week I got confirmations from the /4 and /8 stations active the first week.  So they appear to be about a week behind.  Strange for an ARRL program that is pushing LotW participation and the delay is probably increasing the QRM by causing insurance contacts.  But, I would not worry.  I just hope they get the awards program going by year end. :-)

Re: OT - LoTW Verifications

Don Butler
I apologize for perpetuating this off topic thread ... But just to
clarify, ARRL holds the LOTW certificate for W1AW, so any uploading of
their logs must be done by them. The centennial host stations simply
cannot submit W1AW/# logs to LOTW.

I was one of the operators here in Utah last week.  We were asked to
send logs to our state coordinator after each shift.  He then checked
them out and sent them on to ARRL.  The folks in Newington then
digitally signed and uploaded the logs at a time they felt was
appropriate.  I suspect that things are being done in a similar way in
the other states as well.  I think it's unreasonable to expect logs to
be uploaded less than a week after any QSO.  I'd start checking LOTW for
DE and NE confirmations  a few days after they have finished and turned
things over to the next two states.

Sorry for the OT bandwidth ..

Don, N5LZ
