Hello Group,
I have just received my Feb 2011 QST and read an advertisement about spectrum defense fund. CEO of ARRL gave a short message about spectrum defense matters. As mentioned in my past emails, I am a member of the Radio Spectrum Advisory Committee RSAC of Hong Kong Government. http://www.ofta.gov.hk/en/ad-comm/rsac/main.html I think ARRL's experience in spectrum defense matters could be a good reference for my official duties in RSAC. I did a web search in the ARRL website ( I am a member of ARRL) but I am not quite able to find some information about how ARRL defends the ham radio spectrum. Could any of you kindly direct me to the right direction, appropiate contact in ARRL or relevant webpages? Thanks in advance and sorry for my QRM in this reflector. cheers, Johnny VR2XMC ______________________________________________________________ Elecraft mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/elecraft Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:[hidden email] This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html |
Why not contact ARRL headquarters? I'm sure they would be willing to
help. Al N1AL On Wed, 2011-01-19 at 22:56 +0800, Johnny Siu wrote: > Hello Group, > > I have just received my Feb 2011 QST and read an advertisement about spectrum > defense fund. Messages sent to "ARRL" don't always get routed to the appropriate
recipient. I would suggest contacting Ed Hare, W1RFI, directly at [hidden email]. He is the ARRL staffer most involved with the front lines of spectrum defense. Regards, Joel Joel R.
