FPGA4 was listed as missing in v1.17 also.  I assumed it just was not updated.

FPGA4 is not included in this release by design.  This file is not being used by the system even though it was included in previous releases.

Trying it here now, RTTY FSK D @ 80w   14086

I note keyboard send does cancel the M repeat in RTTY
whereas it does not in cw.
