In the US, the entire band is available for data on 160, 80/75 and 30
meters. CW is allowed anywhere that the control operator has privileges.

This is incorrect as regards to 80/75 - see section 97.305 at the link
referenced below.  DATA/RTTY are only permitted on the *80 meter*
band - defined as 3.500 - 3.600 MHz (for holders of an Amateur Extra
class license) at 97.301(b) or 3.525 - 3.600 for holders of Advanced
and General class licenses at 97.301(c) and 97.301(d) respectively.

One correction - data is not permitted on the 75m band, which is
defined as 3.600-4.000MHz, only on the 80m band, which is
3.500-3.600MHz.
