Received email from qth.net containing my login email and password

Elecraft,
I received an email from ...qth.net that contained my login email address and password (!).
This is the first time I have ever received such a request. This strikes me as a very sloppy security policy.

This would be something you have to take up with QTH.com It's not
particular to Elecraft and is a function of the reflector software
they are using.

The first item in the FAQ page on the qth.net site:
"*Q* - *I didn't get my monthly password reminder. What's wrong?*
*A* - We turned off password reminders. They seem to cause us to have spam blacklist
problems (some ISPs think we are spammers sending out so much mail at one time) and
some users were confused about getting plain text passwords via e-mail. If you need
to make changes to your subscription and you don't know your password, it is easy to
ask for the password to be sent. At the bottom of the List Options
<http://mailman.qth.net/subscribers.htm#options> page, there are instructions for
getting a password reminder via e-mail. "

Maybe they turned it back on, on maybe you inadvertently set it yourself in options?

It is a "feature" of the Mailman mailing list software. Many of the reflectors to which I am subscribed send these messages monthly. It had been turned off globally at qth.net but for some reason the messages were sent out today (the one I received only showed the elecraft list).
