Once again Elecraft , it has been quite a while since a shipping
update was posted. I could do as Fern suggested in an email to me and call you however if each of us waiting for a radio took the time to call my guess is that many man hours would be lost in answering each individual call. Why not post an update and I am sure that will satisfy those of us that are waiting for our radios? To those of you who choose to email me and bitch about being tired of reading these posts on the reflector, save your strength. You have your radio, I don't have mine..................and I have waded through several hundred posts that did not interest me, about Anderson power poles and what filter etc. what Mike etc. Besides; complaining to me will not produce the result that you hope for. I have NOT taken up a significant amount of bandwidth here as this is only my second post...............that I remember, and the previous one was also a request for a shipping update. 73 Garry/Ve7ajj _______________________________________________ Elecraft mailing list Post to: [hidden email] You must be a subscriber to post to the list. I can definitely state, that having gone through the wait, and
received the radio, that these posts are easier to put up with. ;) Dave Wilburn K4DGW K2/100 - S/N 5982 K3/100 - S/N 766 "For those who fought for it, freedom has a flavor the protected will never know." I was in the same boat until today when I got the "Katiegram" informing me that my K3, ordered Dec 8, will ship soon.
So, you might use a date of 5 months after your order date as the general guideline. They will most likely be able to improve that time as goes by. 73, John W2XS

I also received a Katiegram for my second K3 ordered 12/12/2007. However, since I was changing from factory assembled to kit and delivery would have put its arrival while I am away for Dayton, I have asked her to put the order on hold until it can be shipped complete (with the KRX3 that was ordered at the same time). It looks like he backlog slightly less than five months. Of course Dayton orders (and filling the KRX3 orders) may push it back out a bit. 73, ... And how many man hours are wasted by having to read all the e-mails posted to the list which ask for the shipping status page to be updated? ;-) -- Cheers!
