Split not avaiable

I just noticed that on some bands using DATA A split is not available. I have looked in the Configuration but have overlooked something somewhere. Anybody got a clue??

If one VFO is data mode (DATA A, AFSK A, FSK D, PSK D) and the other
is not data (CW, USB/LSB, etc.), you will get Split n/a if you attempt
to split.

Are you sure you're in the "DATA A" sub-mode? Sub-mode is remembered
per-band. Before engaging SPLIT, tap A>B twice to ensure that both
VFOs are "on the same page".
