The connector below the front panel

[Stewart Bryant]

On the K3 there is a CAT5 type connector below the front panel, but I
have not yet figured out what it is for and there does not seem to be
any mention of it in the manuals. Can someone let me know the purpose of
the connector?

It is for programming at the factory only.  Right now that is the only
use and should not be accessed by anyone for any reason.
