Joseph,
Take a look at the XV transverter Owners Manual (download from Elecraft). IIRC, you will find that daisy chain cabling pictured. 73,, Don W3FPR Sanger, Joseph wrote: > Can anyone kindly direct me to a source(s) of parts for construction of daisy chain control cabling for multiple XV series transverters attaching to K3? > > Thanks. > > WB2SSB > > ______________________________________________________________ Elecraft mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/elecraft Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:[hidden email] This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html |
Thanks, Don ... I know (more or less!) what I need to do ... just that I am having trouble locating connectors that ... appear well suited to creating these cables ... with strain relief, locking hardware, etc ... actually, I wonder why Elecraft hasn't made this hardware available for purchase ... that would make (my) life a bit easier!

Joe,
The parts to make up the cable are provided with each XV series transverter. If you purchased yours used and the prior owner did not include the cables, you may order that cable, connector and backshells (clamp included with the backshell) from Elecraft. Just look in the parts section of the XV series manual for the part numbers. It is not an assembled cable, but the XV manual does provide the connection information. 73, Don W3FPR Sanger, Joseph wrote: > Thanks, Don ...
