Trouble shooting the K3

Is there a trouble shooting manual for the K3? I know there was one for
the K2 but cannot find one for the K3. If one exists where can I find it?

Actually there is a section in the manual. But most people just ask here. A lot easier than reading a book.

Thanks. I read the manual and found it did not apply to my problem. I
am pursuing other avenues.

So what is the problem? The company owners (designers) frequently answer questions here. There is no better source for help than here.
