Trying to find a good all-in-one HR software for a small business

Hey folks! Our small business is really feeling the pain of managing HR processes manually these days. We're growing, and things like recruitment, onboarding new hires, performance reviews, and even tracking time off are becoming a huge headache. I'm actively searching for a good all-in-one HR software solution that could streamline these tasks. Does anyone have experience with HRMS platforms designed for smaller teams?
