Cris - I can't help you with the SSB and KPA100, but here are high

Perhaps some of the KPA100 photos that I posted while building the KPA100 will be helpful. You can find them at several blog posts starting with http://build-k2.blogspot.com/2010/12/getting-kpa100-underway.html. There are also a few photos of the KSB2 on the same blog for March, 2012.
