Today, 2008 September 3, finished building.  Can't get the KPA3 to
play.  It keeps saying "5.0" and I can't seem to get it to 50... what am I
missing?

Have you enabled the KPA3 in the CONFIG menu?  Physical installation of
the unit is only half of the required procedure. The KPA3 menu item
should display "PA nor" for the unit to become activated.
